What Eighteen Summers stores

Eighteen Summers stores child profiles (names, birthdates), seasonal intentions, milestone notes, and the single defining photo you choose per summer. Everything is saved locally on your device in the app's sandboxed container.

Information we collect

None. We do not collect, transmit, view, or sell any family data, names, photos, or memories. The app operates 100% on-device with no external servers.

Photos and Privacy

Eighteen Summers uses Apple's privacy-preserving system photo picker. The app does not request broad permission to your photo library; it only receives the specific photo you select for each summer keepsake.

No tracking or analytics

The app contains zero third-party SDKs, tracking frameworks, advertising libraries, or crash analytics. All features function completely in Airplane Mode.

Backups

You can export your complete keepsake data and photos to a local backup file via the iOS share sheet to store in your personal iCloud Drive or external drive. Standard Apple device backups follow your Apple ID settings.

Deleting your data

You can edit or delete any child profile, intention, photo, or memory directly inside the app. Deleting the app removes its container and all stored memories from the device.
