TapBack for iPhone

Quick answers for the tiny things you never want to wonder about twice.
What is TapBack for?
TapBack remembers small actions you would otherwise wonder about later. Tap a card when you lock a door, feed a pet, check an appliance, take medication, put something away, lend an item, or complete another repeatable task.
Does TapBack know whether something is actually done?
No. TapBack is a memory aid, not a sensor. It records what you tap and when you tap it. It cannot see your door, stove, medication, pet, or belongings, and it never claims to have independently verified them.
How do I record something?
Tap its card once. The card updates immediately and a brief Undo option appears. Different cards can save a state, cycle through choices, add a count, record a time, remember a place, or track who has an item.
Can I correct a mistake?
Yes. Use Undo immediately after a tap, or open the card and choose History to remove an incorrect record. TapBack then recomputes the current value from the remaining history.
Can I customise my cards?
Yes. You can create cards from scratch or start with a template, then change the name, icon, choices, reset schedule, and other options for that card. Cards can also be reordered, archived, restored, or deleted.
Where is my data kept?
Inside TapBack on your iPhone. The app has no account, server, analytics, advertising, or networking code, and it asks for no permissions.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Every feature works without an internet connection because all app data and functionality are local to your iPhone.
How do I move my data to another iPhone?
TapBack 1.0 does not include its own sync or export feature. Apple may transfer app data as part of an iPhone backup or device-to-device migration, but TapBack does not send or sync your records itself.
How do I erase my data?
Delete individual cards inside TapBack, or delete the app from your iPhone to remove its app container and locally stored data.
